Our audit staff reviews freight bills up to three years for Rail and Ocean carriers arid up to (180 Days) for motor common carriers for a wide variety of causes of overcharges

* How is a claim filed?
PSTB on behalf of the client submits all overcharges claimed to carriers All follow-up, review correspondence and other matters relating to claims are handled in the same manner, generally with no client involvement.
* How do I get my money?
When claims are paid checks are dispatched to the client. Our invoices for the agreed upon commission of all refunds will accompany the checks.
*Is Public Service Traffic Bureau year 2000 compliant?
PSTB has recently, completely revamped our computer systems. Our new system besides being highly efficient, is totally ready for the year 2000.
* Are our bills safely stored at your office?
Yes - Our building is monitored 24/365 for both fire and burglary by a central station alarm company who dispatches fire dept. or police dept. upon receiving an alarm signal.
* What does PSTB need from my company to do a thorough post - audit?
Essentially a recent group of paid freight invoices and copies of your transportation agreements or contracts with your core carriers. The agreements are most important for a professional audit, because contracts often include or exclude certain accessorial charges added to the line haul charge. This would apply to all modes of transportation package truck, bulk carriers, rail, air forwarder on ocean forwarders!
